This edition traces the journey of fouli (Jasminum sambac) from the marble balconies of Greece to the fragrant courtyards of Morocco, following a flower that has travelled across cultures and centuries. Through the five senses—sight, smell, touch, taste and sound—it explores how fouli became a symbol of ritual, hospitality and memory. More than a blossom, it is a quiet thread connecting places, people and the enduring beauty of everyday life.
